The provision of services by Tibatsirane Business is subject to the satisfactory payment of the same. In cases where the customer is not satisfied with the service, TBS will refund up to 50% of the paid amount. This applies to all payment methods (EFT, cash, online payments)
The refunded amount will be less with the bank charges as all refunds will be done through the bank.
TBS recommend that in a case where the customer pays for a service and is not satisfied, he or she may request an additional service or a similar service where the funds can be used.
All payments involving domain purchase, hosting, online advertisement cannot be refunded. This applies to all periodic payments
All consultancy services will be subject to a part payment as a way of mitigating unsatisfaction by customers
